New Blog
My church has started a blog, Blogma Dogma. It includes posts from the ministers on various topics, mostly theological. It's a cool idea, and I hope to see more blogging from churches.

Laziness...
I was feeling intolerably lazy last night. All I wanted to do was go to sleep, despite the fact that I needed to revise Eyes of the Shadow, and I also wanted to write about sola scriptura. I'm afraid I didn't get much blogging done for today.

Trip to Morocco
Doc Rampage continues to tell spine-tingling true tales of his trip to Morocco, although some of them are more Emotionally True than Factually True.

Theeey're baaack!
I didn't mention it before, but a couple of bloggers have returned after prolonged absences.

For Doc Rampage, the absence was just Christmas break, but it did go on for a while. He's busy complaining about it now.

And Ben Schumacher is blogging again at Zeroth Order Approximation. He's been gone since October--I'm glad to see him return. He's been writing some good stuff since he came back.
Light blogging...
Not much blogging right now. I'd love to say it's because I'm working on getting stuff published, and there's some of that too, but mostly I've just been playing with my iPod. I put a few of my favorite CDs on it. I wanted to use shuffle, but that shuffles in the files I had ripped from an Audio CD too, and I don't exactly want that mixed in with my music, much less out of order. A bit of experimenting, and I realized that the only thing that separates a file which the iPod treats as a song and a file it treats as an Audiobook is the extension--just run "ren *.m4a *.m4b" in the correct directory and the problem's fixed. But oddly enough, there's no way to rip CDs and automatically give them the extension *.m4b. It's annoying, especially considering that I prefer to keep my files in MP3 format, which I can't do here. Well, at least I figured it out.

So... tired...
I was out late last night for my Bible study, which is on top of getting less than five hours of sleep the night before, so I didn't have much time nor energy to prepare much blogging for today. I did slap together some pictures which will go up later, though. I really wanted to talk about how I plan to go about keeping my New Year's Resolution, but that will have to wait.
